This high heat 1/2 gastronorm tray from Cambro is 100mm deep and can easily adapt to a range of different temperatures with a range of -40C to 190C. This allows the tray go straight from prep to the oven or steam table to reduce unnecessary handling and the use of several other trays. The tray is also ideal for freezing, cooking or reheating, and unlike metal trays it is microwave safe.
